Experimental breeding of Grey Steppe cattle (Bos Podolico) and Gayal cattle (Bos Frontalis) are being conducted to develop a new breed of brush eating cattle with higher utilization of poor forage sources and the resistant to tannin poisoning from certain types of brush.
